Roll
call on motion: Affirmative vote: Bierman, O'Grady, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky.
Abstained: Petrigac. 5 Aye - 1 Abstention - Motion carried. Resolution No. 84-44
adopted.
Mrs. Petrigac stated that she abstained on the roll call regarding Resolution No.
84-44 because she was absent at the Special Meeting on July 12, 1984, when the
resolution was amended and placed back on second reading and no one called to in-
form her of the Special Council Meeting called for this morning. Only by chance
did she speak to the President of Council at 8 o'clock last night, at which time
he casually mentioned that he would see her in the morning. Tt was only then that
she heard of this morning's Special Meeting. Since she .was just given the changes
to the resolution ten minutes ago, had no chance to study this revised and amended
resolution, she did not feel prepared to vote and therefore abstained.
Mrs. Petrigac moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Rademaker, second by Mr.
Bierman, unanimously approved.
There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council
Meeting at 10:08 A.M.
7
~_.~
nd Spencer, A ting Clerk of Council
ames D.
