n <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APRIL 4, 1984 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen O'Grady, Petrigac, Rademaker, <br />Tallon. <br />Also present: Law Director Michael Gareau, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen Bierman, Saringer and Wilamosky. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Boehmer at 8:35 P.M. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. Tallon moved that with all other conditions of the Planning Commission and <br />the Architectural Review Board included, the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />accepts the plans for the Galati Property at 27539 Lorain Road, with the stipu- <br />lation that the east driveway will be closed off and landscaped, and further, <br />that no cars will be stored on the green area, second by Mr. O'Grady. Ro11 call <br />on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Petrigac, Tallon. Negative vote: Rademaker. <br />3 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved to excuse the absence of Councilmen Bierman, Saringer and <br />Wilamosky, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer ad3ourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 9:15 P.M. <br />b <br />Florence E.
