<br />Present: <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MARCH 29, 1984 <br />President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, O'Grady, Petrigac, <br />Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Safety Director Eugene Petre, Service <br />Director Joseph Corrigan, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilwoman Saringer. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Boehmer at 9:30 P.M. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 84-13 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1984, as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: <br />Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman, <br />Petrigac. 4 Aye - 2 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance No. 84-13 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-28 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance transferring funds for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1984. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />84-28 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-29 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of paying costs of improving and expanding the Municipal <br />Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Rademaker, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-29 adopted. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Saringer, second by Mrs. Petrigac, <br />unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 9:45 P.M. <br />F Drente E.
