MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MARCH 28, 1984 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon, <br />Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Safety Director Eugene Petre, Budget <br />and Management Director James Logan, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen Bierman, Petrigac and Saringer. <br />Special Meeting of Council was called to order by President Boehmer at 8:10 P.M. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />A <br />for <br />three (3) new police cars to be used by the Police Department and one (1) new <br />chassis for Squad 51 to be used by the North Olmsted Fire Department, as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />Resolution No. 84-4 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 844 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its third reading. <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />Ordinnnce No. 84"16 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance transferring funds for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1984, as amended. <br />Mr, Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No, 84-16 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-13 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1984, as amended. <br />Ordinance. No. 84-28 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance transferring funds for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1984. <br />Ordinance No. 84-29 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky .was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds for the purpose of paying costs of improving and expanding the Municipal <br />Wastewater Treatment Facilities. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved Council excuse the absence of Councilmen Bierman, Petrigac <br />and Saringer, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />President Boehmer scheduled a Special Council Meeting for Thursday, March 29, <br />1984, at 9:30 P.M., and placed Ordinance No. 84-13, Ordinance No. 84-28 and <br />Ordinance No. 84-29 on the agenda for this special meeting. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 8:20 P.M. <br />LJ <br />b <br />orence E.
