MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 1985 <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, Petrigac, Rademaker, <br />Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilman O'Grady. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:30 P.M., <br />in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />Prior to moving into legislation, Mrs. Saringer moved Council amend the agenda to <br />allow audience participation, second by Mrs. Petrigac, unanimously approved. <br />President Boehmer asked if anyone present would like to address Council; there was <br />no response from the audience. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 85-100 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 82-94, entitled, "An ordinance <br />amending Section 1501.1901 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, <br />entitled, "Tax Credit", of Chapter 1501.19 entitled."Tax Payers Relief", and de- <br />claring an emergency as amended". Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule re- <br />quiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon. Roll call on motion: Affirmative <br />vote: Petrigac, Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. <br />5 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. <br />Tallon. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Petrigac, Rademaker, Saringer, <br />Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Ordin- <br />ance No. 85-100 adopted. <br />Mr. Bierman moved Council excuse the absence of Mr. O'Grady, second by Mrs. Saringer, <br />unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 7:40 P.M. <br />lorence E.
