MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED SEPTEMBER 10, 1985 Present: President James Boehmer, Councilmen Bierman, Petrigac, Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Also present: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. Absent: Councilman O'Grady. Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:30 P.M., in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. Prior to moving into legislation, Mrs. Saringer moved Council amend the agenda to allow audience participation, second by Mrs. Petrigac, unanimously approved. President Boehmer asked if anyone present would like to address Council; there was no response from the audience. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 85-100 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 82-94, entitled, "An ordinance amending Section 1501.1901 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled, "Tax Credit", of Chapter 1501.19 entitled."Tax Payers Relief", and de- claring an emergency as amended". Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule re- quiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Petrigac, Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Petrigac, Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Ordin- ance No. 85-100 adopted. Mr. Bierman moved Council excuse the absence of Mr. O'Grady, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved.
