:. <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />FEBRUARY 12, 1987 <br />Present: President Pro Tem Thomas O'Grady, Councilmen Lackey, McKay, <br />Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance Director Edward Boyle, Acting <br />Clerk of Council Linda Spencer. <br />Absent: President Saringer, Councilmen Logan and Rademaker. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Pro Tem O'Grady at <br />8:00 P.M., in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 87-12 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Councilmen-at- <br />Large Members of the Council of the City of North Olmsted, for the term of <br />office commencing January 1, 1988, and ending December 31, 1991, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three <br />readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-12 adopted. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of President Saringer as well as Councilmen <br />Logan and Rademaker, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business and the agenda being completed, President Pro Tem <br />O'Grady adjourned the special council meeting at 8:05 P.M. <br />1 <br />L nda Spencer Acting Clerk of Counc 1 <br />~~~ <br />Thomas P.
