MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />JULY 7, 1989 <br />Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilmen Boehmer, McKay, <br />O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Finance Director Edward Boyle/Acting Clerk of Council. <br />Absent: Councilwoman Bahas and Councilman Bohlmann. <br />The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of North Olmsted was called to <br />order by President Saringer at 7:00 P.M. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 89-61 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $100,-000 notes, in antici- <br />pation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring a motor vehicle <br />and related equipment for the Department of Public Service. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />89-61 adopted. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Bahas and Councilman <br />Bohlmann, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President <br />Saringer adjourned the Special Council Meeting at 7:05 P.M. <br />/ ~~ , <br />Edward J.
