MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3,1996 <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Limpert, McKay, <br />Musial, Nashar, Saringer <br />Also Present: Mayor Boyle, Clerk of Council Seman <br />Absent: Council Members Lind and O'Grady <br />Council President Boehmer called the special meeting to order at 6:48 p.m. in the Council <br />caucus room, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 96-49 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1996, as amended. Mr. McKay moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Limpert noted that, <br />although he had voted for adoption, he did so with reservations because the city has not <br />yet cleared the audit. Ordinance No. 96-49 adopted. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Lind and Mr. O'Grady; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the special meeting at 6:50 p.m. <br />~ / <br />~~, <br />L.
