MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLn1STED <br />SATURDAY, MARCH 9, 1996 <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Limpert, Lind, McKay, <br />Musial, Nashar, O'Grady, Sariiger <br />Also Present: Mayor Boyle, Law Director Gareau, Finance Director Burns, Clerk of <br />Council Seman <br />Council President Boehmer called the special Council meeting to order at 11:01 a.m in <br />Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 96-48 introduced by Mayor Boyle, Councilman Limpert and Councilman <br />Nashar was given its second reading as amended. An ordinance adopting a new <br />Chapter 761 of the Business Regulation Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled <br />"Adult Entertainment Businesses," and declaring an emergency as amended. Mr. Nashar <br />moved for the suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. O'Grady; <br />motion passed unanimously. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; <br />motion passed unanimously. Ordina~ice No. 96-48 adopted. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Boehmer adjourned the special meeting at 11:02 a.m. <br />L._ <br />i:~~. <br />~~ Barbara L.
