<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 80-144 <br />By; Boehmer <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FOR THE COST OF AND <br />INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMOTIVE FUEL TANK, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME WITHOUT <br />BENEFIT OF PUBLIC BIDDING AND DECLARING AN <br />E"~IERGENCY . <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That to provide for the cost of purchase and installing <br />of an ,0$- 00 gallon in ground fuel tank for the fueling of various City <br />vehicles, that $7,817.00 is hereby set aside and appropriated from the <br />General Fund. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare for the further reason that the <br />existing gas tank has developed an irrepairable leak and further <br />provided it receives an affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approved by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FL RENCE E.
