CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 80- 116 <br />BY: JANET SARINGER <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM FRANK <br />D. LAVALLE AND LOUISE A. LAVALLE FOR THE MAIN- <br />TENANCE OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL POLE AND FOUNDATION <br />AT THE RECREATION CENTER DRIVE WITHIN THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, a traffic signal has been placed at the North Olmsted <br />Recreation Center drive, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised this Council that it is <br />in the best interest of the City of North Olmsted to accept an easement <br />with. respect to the maintenance of the traffic signal pole and founda- <br />tion, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of North Olmsted and <br />Frank. D. Lavalle and Louise A. Lavalle to have the City's rights in <br />said pole and foundation easement made a matter of record by recording <br />a formal easement, and <br />WHEREAS, this Council deems it in the best interest of the <br />City of North Olmsted to accept said easement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH. OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept an easement. <br />from Fran D Lavalle and Louise A.
