,~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 80- 87 <br />BY Dean McKay <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 373.09 OF THE <br />TRAFFIC CODE ENTITLED "LICENSING STATIONS" <br />OF CHAPTER 373 ENTITLED "BICYCLES AND BICYCLE <br />REGISTRATION". <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the Licensing Section with <br />respect to bicycles and has determined that all authorized licensing <br />stations other than the North Olmsted Police Department shall retain <br />a service charge for the processing of bicycle registration, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize a <br />charge of thirty cents (30 ¢) per license issued by an operator <br />designated by the Chief of Police, which charge shall be deducted <br />from the total license fee specified in this Chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section <br />"Licensing Stat ons" of Chapter <br />Registration", which now reads: <br />373.09 of the Traffic Code entitled <br />373 entitled "Bicycles and Bicycle <br />"373.09 LICENSING STATIONS. <br />The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to establish stations <br />for the registration of bicycles hereunder as he may deem necessary <br />for the convenience of applicants." <br />be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />373.09 LICENSING STATIONS. <br />The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to establish stations <br />for the registration of bicycles hereunder as he may deem necessary <br />for the convenience of applicants.
