i <br />~:; <br />CITY OF NORTH OL~ISTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80--46 <br />BY: , <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY, THE WESTMARK DEVELOPMENT <br />COb1PANY RESUBDIVISION N0. 3. <br />WHEREAS, the Westmark Development Company Resubdivision No. 3 was <br />approved by the Planning Commission on March 11, 1980, and referred to Council, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision consists of the realignment of lot lines on <br />Sublots No. 6 and 7 of the original Westmark Development Company Subdivision <br />No. 1, Sublots No. 2-A and 3-A of the Westmark Development Company Resub- <br />division, and Permanent Parcel No. 231-27-19, located in the general area of <br />Woodside Drive and Deepwoods Way, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the Westmark Development Company Resubdivision No. 3, which <br />consists of the realignment of Sublots No. 6 and 7 of the original Westmark <br />Development Company Subdivision No. 1, Sublots No. 2-A and 3-A of the Westmark <br />Development. Company Resubdivision, and Permanent Parcel No. 231-27-19, and also <br />having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the requirements <br />of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves <br />said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution, the City <br />Engineer is ere y directed to cause said plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3; That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after t~earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: JI ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
