CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 80 - 44 <br />BY: MR. WILAMOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE LIMITING PART-TIME <br />EMPLOYMENT WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, this Council wishes to adopt a policy pro- <br />hibiting part-time employees from having more than one part- <br />time position with the City of North Olmsted at any one time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby established a policy <br />that no one individual may be employed on a part-time basis <br />in more than one job at one time.
