i ~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0, 80- 34 <br />BY. <br />~Y <br />~1 2,I ~ b <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY, THE OLMSTED FARMS SUBDIVISION N0. 2 IN <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Olmsted Farms Subdivision No. 2 was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on February 26, 1980, and <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivision consists of the creation of <br />twenty-three (23) lots out of one existing lot, namely, Permanent <br />Parcel Number 234-13-9, which lot is located on the west side of <br />Barton Road in the vicinity of Vita Lane, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with. the resolutions and ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of <br />the approval y the Planning Commission of the plat creating <br />twenty-three (23) lots out of one existing lot, namely, Permanent <br />Parcel Number 234-13-9, and also having been advised that the <br />City Engineer that it meets with the requirements of the resolutions <br />and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted hereby approves said <br />plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be <br />recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLERK OF COUNCIL DEWEY H.
