<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80- 26 <br />BY . ~, ~k~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />TILES, FLOOR DRAINS AND PLUMBING REPAIRS <br />IN BOTH HENS' AND LADIES' SWIMMING POOL <br />LOCKER ROOMS AT THE NORTH OLMSTED RECREATION <br />COMPLEX, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OH LO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Safety be and he <br />is here y aut orized to advertise for bids for tiles, floor drains, <br />and plumbing repairs in both mens' and ladies' swimming pool <br />locker rooms at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex, in accordance <br />with the specifications now on file in his Office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br />enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that <br />it is necessary to insure that repairs are completed before the <br />start of the Summer swim season, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: f ~T~9~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~CE C MPB ~, ERK OF COUNCIL <br />DE LIMPERT, ESIDENT OF <br />COUNCIL <br />AP VED: ~~o <br />~~ '` ~ <br />ROBERT W.
