4 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 33 <br />BY: Councilman Michael R. Gaxeau, Jr. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSE ONLY THE CATHERINE BENNETT LOT SPLIT & <br />CONSOLIDATION PLAT IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Catherine Bennett Lot Split and Consolidation Plat creating <br />seven ( 7) sublots was approved as submitted by the Plaxming Commission on March 10, 1998, <br />and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in confortnance <br />with resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW TI-EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI4E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat creating seven ( 7) sublots, and also having been advised by the <br />City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purpose <br />only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution, the City Engineer <br />is hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />r ? <br />PASSED C/ <br />A EST: <br />', ° <br />"? ? <br />!?`cC.?,-at.:.,y{, t:/ ) t ?.C? <br />v <br />Barbara L.
