Musial <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TBE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PRINTING OF TBE SPRING/SUMMER <br />AND AUTUMN/WINTER NORTH OLMSTED PARKS AND RECREATION <br />DEPARTMENT BROCHURE, AS PER SPECIFICATIONS NOW ON FILE <br />IN HIS OFFICE, AND AUTHORIZING TBE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR <br />SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for <br />bids for printing services for the needs of the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file in <br />his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into <br />a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately <br />necessary for the preservation of public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the expeditious printing of brochures for upcoming recreational <br />activities, and further provided it receives the affirnaative vote of two-thirds of a11 members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />Passed:? <br />? <br />Approved as to Lega1 Form: <br />MICHAEL R.
