<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-170 <br />BY: MAYOR BON,F <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 'giEE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUN'IY GIIVERAL HEALTH <br />DISTRICT FOR 'IIiE YEAR 1991, AND DECLARING AN IIKERGINCY. <br />WI-EREA.S, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. 53709.08 is a <br />member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County; and <br />WHIItEAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract for <br />the year 1991 for health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga County <br />Health District. <br />NOW, TEiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TFIE CITY OF NOR'iH OLNLSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit <br />"A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health District to provide health <br />services to the City of North Olmsted from January 1, 1991, through <br />December 31, 1991. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to <br />the Director of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments under <br />the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure imnediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary for the continuity of health services to the <br />residents of this City, and further, provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall ta.ke effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. <br />? <br />PASSED: rx <br />ATTEST: <br />._ ?Gi.L,<i_.Gi.+t..
