a. ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />ORDINANCE N0. 90 - 165 <br />BY: Janet Saringer <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION THE NOR1?i OLMSTED ROSEWOOD <br />ESTATFS SUBDIVISION WHIQi INCLUDFS A PORTION OF GESSIVER ROAD IN TEiE <br />CITY OF 1vORTH OLMSTID. <br />WHEREAS,the City Engineer has reported to the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted that all improvements shown an the improvement plans for the <br />North 07msted Rosewood Estates Subdivision previously approved by this <br />Council, have been completed in accordance with plans and specifications <br />shown thereon. <br />NOW UMZFFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, ANID STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication the <br />following streets, or portions of streets, designated herei.n: <br />GESSNgt ROAD, 674.60 feet centerline distance from its easterly <br />intersection with Columbia Road centerline to a westerly point, as <br />indicated m the plat recorded in Volume 226, Page 34 of Cuyahoga County <br />Map Records, which is attached as Fxhibit A and made part of this <br />ordinance. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSID: <br />? <br />ATTEST: <br />?
