Dean McKay <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING 7HE ORGANIZATION AND COMPOSITION OF <br />'II3E NON- UNIFORM, PART-TIME PERSONNEL OF TfE POLICE DEPAR'TMIIQT <br />AND DECLARING AN IIKERGIINCY. <br />WHIItEAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a complement of non- <br />uniform, part-time police personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Organization Chart for the non-uniform, part-time <br />Police Department personnel of the City of North Olmsted and the salary ranges <br />be as follows: <br />(a) School Guards <br />(b) Auxiliary Police <br />(c) Jail Ma.tron/Jailer <br />(d) Dispatchers <br />(e) Off-duty Electrical Maintenance <br />$4.78 Per Hour - First Year <br />5.81 Per Hour - After First Year <br />4.78 Per Hour - First Year <br />5.81 Per Hour - After First Year <br />4.78 Per Hour - First Year <br />5.81 Per Hour - After First Year <br />6.00 TO $ 8.44 Per Hour <br />7.14 TO $ 9.92 Per Hour <br />SECTION 2: That the salary ranges and amounts established for the year <br />1991 will be effective retroactive to Janua.ry 1, 1991. Salaries specified in <br />this ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any and all Ordinance or <br />parts of Ordinance or Resolutions inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary for <br />continuity of services of the safety forces of the City, and further, provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force imnediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />i <br />. <br />.' ? <br />James D.
