. . a . - ?/- , . • ? ? ,, --_ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 90.161 BY.• MAYOR EDWARD BOYLE AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING YACATION POLICY FOR NONBARGAINING UNTl ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE EMPLOYEES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, this Council desires to establish vacation policy and benefits for all nonbar- gaining unit administrative and legislative employees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the following is the vacation entitlement of all full time noncolelc- tive bargaining unit administrative and legislative employees: (A) Full time employees who have completed one full year of employ- ment are entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the second year of employment. (B) Full time employees who have completed two full years of em- ployment are enatled to two weeks vacation; said vacatton shall be taken during the third year of employment. (C) Full time employees who have completed three full years of employment are entitled to two weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the fourth year of employment (D) Full time employees who have completed four full years of em- ployment are entitled to two weeks vacation; said vacation shall be gaken during the fifth year of employment. (F) Full time employees who have completed six full years of em- ployment aze entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the seventh year of employment. (G) Full time employees who have completed seven full years of employment are entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken during the eighth year of employment.
