. . a . - ?/- <br />, <br />. • ? ? ,, --_ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 90.161 <br />BY.• MAYOR EDWARD BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING YACATION POLICY FOR <br />NONBARGAINING UNTl ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE <br />EMPLOYEES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to establish vacation policy and benefits for all nonbar- <br />gaining unit administrative and legislative employees. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following is the vacation entitlement of all full time noncolelc- <br />tive bargaining unit administrative and legislative employees: <br />(A) Full time employees who have completed one full year of employ- <br />ment are entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be <br />taken during the second year of employment. <br />(B) Full time employees who have completed two full years of em- <br />ployment are enatled to two weeks vacation; said vacatton shall be <br />taken during the third year of employment. <br />(C) Full time employees who have completed three full years of <br />employment are entitled to two weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the fourth year of employment <br />(D) Full time employees who have completed four full years of em- <br />ployment are entitled to two weeks vacation; said vacation shall be <br />gaken during the fifth year of employment. <br />(E) Full time employees who have compYerEd five fuii yezaN oi c;n- <br />ployment are entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the sixth year of employment. <br />(F) Full time employees who have completed six full years of em- <br />ployment aze entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the seventh year of employment. <br />(G) Full time employees who have completed seven full years of <br />employment are entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation <br />shall be taken during the eighth year of employment. <br />(H) Full time employees who have completed eight full years of
