BF IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Citq of North Olmstzd, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. This Council hereby authorizes and directs the submission <br />to the electors of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, at an election to be held <br />at the usual places of voting in the Citq on Tuesdaq, February 5, 1991, be- <br />tween the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. of that day, of the question of <br />approving the passage of an ordinaace to amend Sections 1501.0101, 1501.0501, <br />1501.0502, 1501.1302; 1501.190! aad 1501.2101 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as established by Ordinance No. 67-70, passed <br />May 16, 1967, as amended by Ordinaace No. 68-105, passed June 18, 1968, Ordi- <br />nance No. 71-161, passed December 21, 1971, and Ordinance No. 82-94, passed <br />December 21, 1982, in order to increase the municipal income tax rate trom one <br />percent to two percent and to increase the municipal income tax credit to one <br />hundred percent of the income tax paid to another municipalitq on income taxed <br />by the City of North Oltnsted to the extent that the income tax so paid does <br />not exceed two percent of that taxable income, which ordinance is set forth in <br />full in Section 2 of this resolutioa. <br />Section 2. The proposed ordinance to be submitted to the electors of' <br />the City for their approval under this resolution shall be as follows:
