BY: COUNCILMAN SARINGER <br />. ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N8. 90439 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL <br />ASSISTANCE FOR CERTAIN MUNTCIPAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, The City of North Olmsted has established a Capital Improvement Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, The City desires financial assistance to implement some of the improvements <br />on the plan, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA <br />AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to make and sign appli- <br />cations for State Issue 2 financial assistance. <br />SECTION 2: That four certified copies of this resolution be forwarded to the City <br />Engineer to be included with said applications; <br />SECTIQN 3: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, <br />and for the further reason that timely application for these funds must be made, and <br />further, provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 members <br />elected to council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, <br />Clerk of Council <br />.? , <br />? <br />JAMES D.
