<br />??. ...?. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90- 136 <br />BY: Councilman Tallon <br />A RESOLUTION AUTf-IORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE REMODELING AND RENOVATION OF THE <br />NORTH OLMSTED NI.TNICIPAL BUS LINE BUILDING, BASED UPON THE <br />PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND COST ESTINIATES PREPARED BY MONGELLO <br />AND ASSOCIATES, INC., AND DECLARING AN EMERGINCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF Tf-IE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to a verd?se for bids for the remodeling and renovation of the North Olmsted n.uii- <br />cipal Bus Line Building including: <br />- General Construction Repair and Replacement <br />The Director of Public Service shall advertise for bids per the specifications. <br />Further, said specifications shall be available for inspection in the office of <br />the Director of Public Service prior to advertising. <br />Said project shall conform to the specifications prepared by Mongello and Associates, <br />Inc., and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized <br />to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />innne iatd ely necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and wel£are, <br />and for the further reason it is imnediately necessary to ma.intain service to area <br />residents and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force inunediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: (?c&?, d <br />ATT'EST : <br />?.??K--e-A--- ?o . `?.'" ? ?,?1. ? ? • ,? <br />FL CE E.
