CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90- 134 <br />BY: Councilman Tallon <br />A RESOLUTION AU'IHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR DIESEL FUEL AND GASOLINE PRODUCTS FOR USE BY <br />TfE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS <br />LINE, AND AUTHORIZING Tf-E MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND <br />DECLARING AN IIM-ERGINCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to a vertise or bids for various fuels and gasoline products for the City of North <br />Olmsted and North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line needs, according to the specifications <br />now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />irmne iatdr ely necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and for the further reason that it is imediately necessary to provide for the <br />City's fuel and gasoline requirements, and further provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force irmnediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />PASSED: /J9D <br />ATTEST: <br />( <br />de,??
