? <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90- 132 <br />BY: Councilman Tallon <br />? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIPIG TIIE DIRECTOP. OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 2,000 TONS OF STONE FOR VARIOUS <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS, AND AUTHORIZING TI-IE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SATE, AND DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to a verc? tse for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs <br />according to the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval <br />by the Board of Control, the Mayor is authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute same on behalf of the City o.f North Olrlsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />iirnne iatc?` ely necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for the <br />city's stone requirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PasSED : ; 19 4 d <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORINCE E.
