• . • • ?* ,?..y ...% CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 90-126 BY: JANET SARINGER AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE GRANTING OF A LICENSE TO WOODPATH GARDEN CLUB FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTE- NANCE OF A SUBDIVISION DESIGNATION SIGN AND ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING ON LAND OWNED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR SAME. WHEREAS, Woodpath Garden Club, which is a subdivision located within the City of Westlake, has requested a license from the City of North Olmsted to construct and maintain a subdivision designation sign, as well as landscaping associated therewith on lands owned by the City of North Olmsted; and WHEREAS, said sign and landscaping, which is located on Gessner Road, west of the intersection of Columbia Road, has been approved by the Engineer- ing Department of the City of North Olmsted, as well as the Planning Commis- sion; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it appropriate to grant to the Woodpath Garden Club a license for said sign. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby grant to the Woodpath Garden Club, a license for the construction and maintenance of a subdivision designa- tion sign together with landscaping, all of which is in accordance with the revocable licensing agreement, which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". Further, that upon the approval of this Ordinance, that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said licensing agreement on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period provided for by law. PASSED : A/L ATTEST: ?.
