.? ?t?` • ? ?` ? ? r CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 90- 125 BY: JANET SARINGER RON TALLON THOMAS 0'GRADY AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A NEW AND REVISED PLANNING AND ZONING CODE FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, with the assistance of the Planning Review Committee, members of the Board of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission and City Council, City Planner, Robert Hill, has formulated a new and revised planning and zoning code for the City of North Olmsted; and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that the collective effort of the aforesaid group, as well as, individuals from the various planning and zoning bodies, have resulted in comprehensive, as well as needed changes in the planning and zoning code of the City; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to implement the recommenda- tions as aforesaid by adopting a new and revised Planning and Zoning Code; and WHEREAS, after a care ul consideration, the Planninq Commission of the City, on the // day of /9sv , recommended approval of the new and revised Planning and Zoning Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That there is hereby adopted a new and revised Planning and Zoning Code for the City of North Olmsted, which Planning and Zoning Code is adopted by reference and is hereby made a part hereof, as if fully contained herein. A copy of said proposed Planning and Zoning Code is being kept and maintained at the Office of the Clerk of Council for purposes of review. SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. SECTION 3: That the Planning and Zoning Code, as previously adopted, is hereby repealed. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and the Charter of the City.
