. ? <br />. , • ?,. <br />BY: JANET SARINGER <br />?..? <br />: , ?a? /440 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 90' 107 <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE <br />MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS <br />PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM <br />SINGLE RESIDENCE A DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT A. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below de- <br />scribed real property is improper under the conditions presently existing and <br />inadequate for the development and use of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of the <br />City, on the lOth day of July, 1990, recommended approval of the change of the <br />district herein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMST- <br />ED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning <br />Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a <br />Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section <br />14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council - <br />Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its <br />passaqe pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor <br />of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby <br />amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the <br />zoning of the following described parcel of land from Single Residence A Dis- <br />trict to Mixed Use District A: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuya- <br />hoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of <br />Original Olmsted Township Lots No. 30, Tract No. 6 and <br />being bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the Northerly Limited Access <br />line of I-480 at its intersection with the centerline <br />of Columbia Road (60 feet wide) said point being dis- <br />tant South 11 degrees 35' 38" West 337.64 feet along <br />the centerline of Columbia Road (60 feet wide) from its
