• r' , - • w? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 90-101 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE CURRENT <br />REPLACEMENT PAGES TO THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES; TO ADOPT NEW MATTER; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, certain provisions within the Codified Ordinances should be <br />amended to conform with current State law as requi2•ed by the Ohio Constitution; and <br />WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been <br />passed by Council which should be included in the Codified Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has heretofore entered into a contract with the Walter H. <br />Drane Company to prepare and publish such revision which is presently before <br />Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, of a <br />general and permanent nature, as revised, recodified, rearranged and consolidated <br />into component codes, titles, chapters and sections within the 1990 Replacement <br />Pages to the Codified Ordinances are hereby approved and adopted. <br />SECTION 2: That the following sections and chapters are hereby added, <br />amended or repealed as respectively indicated in order to comply with current State <br />law: <br /> Traffic Code <br />301.32 Right of Way Defined (Amended). <br />301.46 Traffic Control Devices Defined (Amended). <br />303.01 Fleeing a Police Officer (Amended). <br />303.06 Freeway Use Restrictions (Amended). <br />303.99 Penalty (Amended). <br />313.01 Obedience to Traffic Control Devices (Amended). <br />313.02 Through Streets (Amended). <br />313.07 Unauthorized Signs and Signals (Amended). <br />313.09 Arnbiguous pr Non-Working Traffic Signal (Added). <br />331.41 Wearing Earplugs Prohibited (Added). <br />335.01 Driver's or Commercial Driver's License <br /> (Amended). <br />Required
