<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90 - loo <br />BY : 01. <br />, <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 3,000 TQrdS OF <br />SALT AND AUiHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR <br />SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND 5TATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of road salt in accord- <br />ance with specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br />enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the safe use of city streets <br />during the winter season, and further provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passaqe and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 'r f Q <br />ATTLST: <br />Aze"'? e (.&. aFLORENCE E.
