? <br />A? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 98 <br />BY: Ron Tallon <br />A RESOLUTIQPI AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE MULTI CONDUCTOR <br />SOLID STATE COLOR TV INSPECTION SYSTEI'dMOUNTEn IN GMC <br />VArdDURA VAN (8600 GVW ), AND DECLAF.ING AN F.MERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for one Multi Conductor Solid <br />State Color TV Inspection System mounted in GMC Vandura Van (8600 GVrta) <br />for use in the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Said truck and eauiDment <br />shall conform to the specifications now on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Service, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the r4ayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />eznergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, sa_fety and welfare, and for the further reason it is <br />immediately necessary to maintain service to area residents and fur- <br />ther provided it received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED:? y F O <br />r <br />47 <br />ATTEST: <br />, CLERK OF COUNCIL AMES D.
