.w ?. <br />CITY OF NORTH OINISTID <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-84 <br />BY: Councilman Tallon <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRBCTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE (1) INTflGRAL TRACTOR-I,OADER-BAQKiOE <br />WHEII, TYPE, AND DEGLARING AN IlMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF NORTH OLMSTID, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SBCTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for one (1) Intectral Tractor-Loader-Backhoe <br />Wheel iype, for use in the Service Departznent. Said Tractor-Loader-Backhoe <br />shall conform to the specifications now on file in the office of the Director of <br />Public Service, and that upon approval by the Boa.rd of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the <br />City of North 0]msted. <br />SF7CTION 2: 'I'hat this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />urumdiately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, <br />and for the further reason it is imnediately necessary to maintain service to area <br />residents and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of twn-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />P-ASSm: <br />(:?"' <br />ATTEST: <br />5???7 Q q-? 4 . <br />FLQFdMCE E.
