HIHREAS, Ordinance 90-18 appropriated funds for the year December 31, 1990; and trilMZF,AS, Council wishes to ccanbine part-time wages with wages within the Recreation Fund. NdW, THERF.FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OIr4STID, OOLTN'i'Y OF C??IYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other - expenditures of said City of North 0]msted during the year ending Decenber 31, 1990, that the following stuns be and they are hereby set asside and appropriated as follows: RECREATION FCTND Wages c.irrent Change Amended 222,000 102,500 324,500 Wages Part-Time 102,500 (102,500) -0- . SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall imnediately fo.zward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditar of C.iyahoga County. SDCTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments frcgn any of the aforegoing appropriations upon recieving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further , that the appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for iteqns of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. SFX.TION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date pexnitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
