<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-51 <br />By: Councilwoman Bahas <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE RESURFACING <br />OF THE NORTH OLMSTED PARK TENNIS COURTS FOR THE <br />NORTH OLMSTED PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLD4STED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF 011I0: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and is hereby <br />authorize to advertise for bids for the renair and resurfacing <br />of the North Olmsted Park Tennis Courts. Said project shall con- <br />form to specifications established by the Parks and Recreation <br />Director, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />? <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />it is immediately necessary to maintain service to area residents <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED:?/k?C 0 <br />ATTEST: <br />"LA-4,_. <br />Florence E.
