<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-50 <br />By: <br />Gouncilwoman Bahas <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE RENOVATION OF <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED PARK OUTDOOR RESTROOMS FOR THE <br />NORTH OLMSTED PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and is hereby <br />authorlzec-to advertise for bids for the renovation of North Olmsted <br />Park's outdoor restrooms. Said project wi11 conform to the specifi- <br />cations and plans being prepared by Mongello Associates, Inc., <br />Architectural Firm, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason it is <br />immediately necessary to maintain service to the area residents and <br />further provided it received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 6 <br />ATTEST: <br />orence E.
