Further, after a Public Hearinq hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Counci! - Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passaqe purauant to the Charter of this City, and its approval bp the mayor of the Citp of North Olrnsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is herebp revised bp chanqing the aaning of the folIowing described parcel of Iand from SingIe Residence B District to General Retail Business District. Situated in the Citp of Horth Olmsted, County of Cuyaho- ga and 3tate of Ohio, and knoWn as being Sublot No. 132 in The S.B. Rleinman Realtp Company's Westwood Subdivi- sion of a part of OriginaI Dover Toanship Lot No. 6, as shoWn by the recorded plat in YoIume 53 of Maps, Page 22 of Cuyahoqa Countp Reaords, and being 47.17 feet front on the EasterlY side of Silverdale Road, and extending back from the center of said Road, 233.02 feet on the Northerlp line, 228.72 feet on the Southerly line, and having a rear line of 47.37 feet, as appears by said plat.
