Further, after a Public <br />Hearinq hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of <br />Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Counci! - Enactment <br />of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its passaqe <br />purauant to the Charter of this City, and its approval bp the mayor of the <br />Citp of North Olrnsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and <br />as amended be and the same is herebp revised bp chanqing the aaning of the <br />folIowing described parcel of Iand from SingIe Residence B District to <br />General Retail Business District. <br />Situated in the Citp of Horth Olmsted, County of Cuyaho- <br />ga and 3tate of Ohio, and knoWn as being Sublot No. 132 <br />in The S.B. Rleinman Realtp Company's Westwood Subdivi- <br />sion of a part of OriginaI Dover Toanship Lot No. 6, as <br />shoWn by the recorded plat in YoIume 53 of Maps, Page 22 <br />of Cuyahoqa Countp Reaords, and being 47.17 feet front <br />on the EasterlY side of Silverdale Road, and extending <br />back from the center of said Road, 233.02 feet on the <br />Northerlp line, 228.72 feet on the Southerly line, and <br />having a rear line of 47.37 feet, as appears by said <br />plat.
