, <br />. , <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 92-165 <br />BY.• JANEr saitnNGER <br />,?....,. <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A NEW AND REVISED <br />CHAPTER 1305 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, ENTITLED "ONE, TWO AND <br />THREE-FAMILY DWELLING CODE, " AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, from time to time, because of a change in circumstances it becomes <br />necessary to modify the one, two and three-family dwelling code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Building Department of the City of North Olmsted has conducted a <br />thorough study of the existing code and has made recommendations for the adoption of a new <br />and revised code, which code, is attached hereto and mazked Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Building Department this Council is in <br />agreement that a new and revised Chapter 1305 should be adopted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: There is hereby adopted a new and revised Chapter 1305 entitled "One, <br />Two and Three-Family Dwelling Code" which new and revised Chapter 1305 is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the adoption of this ordinance, Chapter 1305, as previously <br />adopted, is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: E3 <br />I <br />A •1PTT ["n_ , <br />' ? <br />BARBARA L SEMAN, <br />Clerk of Council <br />??
