? <br />CITY OF NORgI OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-153 <br />BY: MAYOR IDWARD BOYLE <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEiE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT <br />WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY GELVERAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br />FOR T.HE YEAR 19931 AND DECLARING AN IIKERGENCY <br />WBEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. 53709.08 is a member <br />of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract for the <br />year 1993 for health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga County Health <br />District. <br />NOW, UiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA ANID STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", <br />with the Cuyahoga County General Health District to provide health services <br />to the City of North Olmsted from January 1, 1993, through December 31, 1993. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the <br />Director of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments under the <br />provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure imnediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately <br />necessary for the continuity of health services to the residents of this <br />City, and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force i.nanediately upon <br />its passa-ae. <br />PASSED : ( )O <br />/ <br />lC.L.t?, t?cc- , ? <br />A L.
