<br />. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92 -143 <br />BY: Cnnnrilman T.ind <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 5,000 TONS OF ASPHALT AND TACK COATING <br />OF CITY STREETS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, <br />AND DECLARING AN IINERGIIVCY. <br />NOW, TfMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack <br />coating of city streets, according to the specificaitons now on file in <br />his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Ma.yor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the city's asphalt and tack coating <br />requirements and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members of Council, it sha.ll take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its pa.ssage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : <br />? <br />LUl LJGLl C.l L• lJl.alaUil ?
