OF-WAY FOR SILVERDALE ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION WITH IAR.AIN ROAD <br />AND WITH DUANE ROAD, RESPECTIVELY, AND DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY. <br />? <br />WHEItEAS, the City of North Olmsted desires to improve Silverdale <br />Road, and <br />WHEREAS, the improvement project requires additional right-of-way <br />at the Silverdale intersection with Lorain Road and with Dua.ne Road, and <br />IZEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish the <br />additional right-of-way and ha.ve the same dedicated for roadway <br />purposes. <br />NOW T3EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY 'II3E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUN'i'Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and <br />directed to accept two (2) dedication plats establishing additional <br />right-of-way at the Silverdale intersection with Lorain Road and with <br />Duane Road, and that after the dedication plats are accepted, to have <br />the same recorded, thereby establishing the additional right-of-way <br />which will be dedicated for roadway purposes. The subject dedication <br />plats are on file in the Office of the City Engineer; a copy of the <br />aforesaid dedication plats, noted as Exhibits A and B, are herewith <br />attached to and made part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that is <br />necessary to establish the additional right-of-way so that it may be <br />incorporated into the overall improvement plans for Silverdale Road, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Ma.yor. <br />PASSED:7!
