CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Ordinance No. 92-3 <br />By: MAYOR BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMIIVD SECTIONS 911.07 and 911.13 OF 'II3E CODIFIID <br />ORDINANCES OF 'IIiE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGINCY, AS AMIINDID. <br />ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, <br />State of Ohio that: <br />Section 1: Section 911.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, which now reads in part as follows: <br />"911.07 BUILDING SEWERS AND CONNECTIONS. <br />(a) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections <br />with or opening into, use, alter or disturb any public sewer or <br />appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the <br />Service Director. <br />(b) There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: <br />(1) For residential and comercial service; and <br />(2) For service to establishments producing industrial <br />wastes. <br />In either case, the owner or his agent shall make application on a <br />special form furnished by the City. The permit application shall be <br />submitted by any plans, specifications or other information considered <br />pertinent in the judgement of the Service Director. A permit and <br />inspection of thirty dollars ($30.00) for a residential or comercial <br />building sewer permit and the same for an industrial building sewer <br />permit shall be paid to the City at the time the application is filed. <br />The building sewer permit shall be issued to the applicant upon <br />approval of plans submitted for such construction. Construction <br />involving opening or excavations in any street, boulevard, avenue or <br />other public place in the City shall be pursuant to Chapter 901. <br />Construction shall be made in accordance with the plans approved by the <br />City Engineer for such construction which plans shall thereafter remain <br />on file with the City Building Department as a permanent public record." <br />FOLLOWS: <br />BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDID AND AS AMENDED SHALL READ AS <br />911.07 BUILDING SEWERS AND CONNECTIONS. <br />(a) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with <br />or opening into, use, alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance <br />thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the Service <br />Director. <br />(b) There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: <br />(1) For residential and comercial service; and
