1 <br />? . r <br />,. , <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 96-2 <br />BY: MAYOR ED BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TBE COMPENSATION, <br />BENEFITS AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR SALARIED <br />EMPLOYEES EMI'LOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIl'AL BUS LINE, WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED TRANSIT EMI'LOYEES ASSOCIATION <br />COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to update and establish the <br />compensation and benefits for the NOMBL salaried employees effective January l, 1996, <br />in order that they be similar to benefits presently offered to employees of the North <br />Olmsted Transit Employees Association. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />5ECTION 1 - SalarY Schedules <br />That the compensation to be paid to salaried employees shall be in the ranges as <br />follows: <br />Administrative Personnel <br />General Manager <br />Operations Manager <br />Maintenance Manager <br />Assistant Maintenance Manager <br />Zone Supervisor <br />SECTION 2: Work Week <br />Salary Ranges <br />$38,500 to $59,500 <br />$35,500 to $54,600 <br />$35,500 to $54,600 <br />$32,600 to $50,100 <br />$32,600 to $50,100 <br />The normal work week for salaried employees of the NOMBL shall be forty (40) <br />hours. Said work week begins Sunday morning at 12:01 a.m through midnight Saturday. <br />SECTION 3: Overtime <br />That the salaried employees may be paid overtime upon the recommendation of the <br />Service Uirector.
