CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 96-179 <br />BY: Councilman McKav <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED <br />ON PROPERTY OWNED BY MICHAEL B. AND JANICE L. REED AND <br />DESIGNATED AS PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 231-18-44 CUYAHOGA COUNTY MAPS <br />AND RECORDS, SAID EASEMENT SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "C" AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has agreed to pay all costs and expense for the <br />construction of the sanitary sewer improvement within the easement area as shown on the Exhibit <br />"A" and "8" <br />NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TfE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the City hereby accepts an easement from Michael B. and Janice L. Reed <br />for a sanitary sewer improvement, as shown on Exhibit "A" and "B". <br />SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to cause said <br />easement to be recorded in the office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby deternuned to be an emergency measure necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety of the City, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSEn ??'? i 7? / 94 6 <br />sT: v? ? ?. ?? ?i?.? <br />?Barbara L.
