OWN ? <br />...?. ,w,; <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 96-175 <br />BY: Mayor Boyle <br />AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1997, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to appropriate certain funds for police cars to be purchased during <br />the year ending December 31, 1997. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA, AND THE STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of said City of <br />North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1997, that the following sums be and they are hereby <br />set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />HOTEL MOTEL TAX FiJND <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />Equipment <br />$118,500.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council sha11 immediately forward an attested copy of this <br />Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the <br />City Treasury for payrnents from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates <br />and vouchers therefore, approved same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the <br />expenditure; provided that no warrants sha11 be employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance.
