?.,.?.?.,.,.? . . ? <br />p.? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-170 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR APPROXINIATELY 50,000 GALLONS OF <br />SODIUM ALUMINATE FOR USE BY THE NORTH OLMSTED WASTE- <br />WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES PLANT, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized to <br />advertise for bids for approximately 50,000 gallons of Sodium Aluminate for use by the <br />North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plant, according to the specifications now <br />on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for <br />the further reason that it is immediately necessary for the city's sodium aluminate <br />requirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />AT ST: <br />l -??-Q- <br />BARBARA L.
