<br />WFEI?.EA53 the Safety Committee and Finance Committee of Council reQammend
<br />that Awdliary Police and SchooZ Guards receive an hourly irxzrsase from $1.50
<br />per hour to $1.75 per hour effective December 15., 1960,, and which the Council
<br />after due consideration found 3ust, rearaonable and fa3r.
<br />NQTrJ' THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAIPTID by the Council of the City of North Qlmsted
<br />State of Ohio:
<br />Section lr That paragraph 1 of Section 1 of {}rdinance 3093, enacted
<br />September 6. 1960., amending Sections J. aryd 2 of Ordi.nance 3043, enacted J'une 14,
<br />1960, shall effective Dscember 15., 1960s be amendsd to read as followss

<br />measzare and such emergency exiets by virtue of the nscessity of maki'M effect3ve
<br />immediately the agreed salary incraases granted School Guards and Auxiliary Police
<br />earlier this year which by inadvertence had not been ad3usted in confoxm3.ty with
<br />the agreement made by Council.
<br />Sectifln 3: r"refore,, this ordi.nance shall be in full force and effect
<br />from and after its passage and approval by the Ma4Yor.
