<br />tdHE??5, in the proposed construction of sanitasy sewer lines, within the
<br />City of North Olinsted, it ha,s been deteraiined and reported that in some instan.ces
<br />on Dover Road, that said road ha,s not been uniformly fixed as a sixty foot (601)
<br />roadway, thereby requiring that the City acquire, from the abutting owners
<br />sufficient lands to make said Dover Center Road a sixty foot (601) Highway from
<br />Lorain Road northerly to the Northerly City Limits, and
<br />?.?t.F,9,S, ?n order to permit the construction and installing of a sanitary
<br />sewer and sidewalks within the public streets, it is necessary that the City
<br />so acguire such additional lands a,s may be necessary to make said Dover Road
<br />a sixty foot (601) roadway for the entire distance, and to permi.t this to be
<br />accomplished, the en,gineer must prepare lega,l descriptions of the lands to be
<br />acquired on both sides thereof to effect this purpoae.
<br />TdOW, TTEttEFORE, Bill IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olm:ated,
<br />State of Ohio;
<br />Section 1. That the City L'ngineer is authorized and hereby direeted to examine
<br />all abutting properties on Dover Center Road from Lorain Road northerly to the
<br />Northerly City Limits, for the purpose of determining wha,t properties of the
<br />abutting owners need to be aequired to make Dover Center Road a sixty foot (601)
<br />Highway from Lorain Road northerly to the Northerly City Limitsv and where necessary,
<br />to prepaxe a legal description of those premises so required to be obtained by
<br />the City of North Olmsted on both the East and West sides thereof, and in the
<br />preparation of said legal descriptions indic@,te the pexmanent parcel numbel°s
<br />of the properties involved and the names of the owners thereof, and fu.rn.ishing
<br />the same to the solicitors, which premises, so indicated by the en,gi,neer, would
<br />be necessary to be acquired by the Gity for the construction, withi.n Dover Center
<br />Road, of a sanitary sewer line and a five foot (51) concrete public sidewal.k at
<br />least on one side thereof.
<br />Section 2. The Couneil authoriaes and directs the aolicitor, when the information
<br />is furnished him, as requested hereof, to plaee the necessary orders with a Title
<br />Company securing the identities of all i.nterested parties of record thereira, so
<br />that conneyances from the interested parties to the City ma.* be effected.
<br />5ection 3. 10h.erefore, this resolution is determined to be an emergency
<br />measure necessary for the preservatian of the health and welfase of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, and auch emergency exists by virtue of the necessity of immediately
<br />acquiring a sixty foot (601) right of wa,y on Dover Center Road from Lorain Road
<br />northerly to the Northerly City Limita, thereby permitting the City to proceed with
<br />the construction of a sanitary sewer designed for sa:'td road to serve the abuttin$
<br />properties thereof, and to permit the conetruction of a fin$ foot (51) concrete
<br />public sidewalk at least on one side thereof, at the earliest possible date.

<br />Seetion 4. Wherefore, this resolution shall take immediate effect from and
<br />after its p sa,ge, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law.
