That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2621., enacted January 28, 1958, <br />reading as follows: <br />"Section 1: Tiiat the Solicitor be authorized to employ apa.rt-tirne sec_retary <br />to assisti.n the typing of corres-aondence required by sa-id officos and in the <br />preAaration of legislation. That the cor.monsation of the part-time secrotary <br />assisting the Solicitor, sazall be One Hundred Dollars (3100.00) per month.tt <br />be amended to read as i oll.ows : <br />Section 1: Tnat the Solicitor be authorized to employ a part-time sacretarJ <br />to assist in the typing of correspondenc8 required by said office., and in the <br />preparation of legislation. That the comonsation of the part-time seeretar3T, <br />assisting the Solicitor, shall bo, commencing September l. 1959, at the rate of <br />Qne HUndred Twenty-Five Dol7.ars ($125.00) per rilonth from and after said date. <br />Section 2.
